Lemons will stay fresh for up to three months if you store them in a bowl of water in the fridge. Just change the water every week. Who knew?

Thanks for this. I usually buy lemons in the bag, seems I am always needing them for iced tea, or a recipe. Finding mold on them is not fun, and a waste of money!
