Tip of the Day: Wine Cubes

Here’s a neat trick to get rid of the tiny bit of wine at the end of the bottle. Freeze leftover wine in ice cube trays, then store the cubes in a freezer bag. Use them in wine coolers and any dish that calls for wine.
